What’s better than exploring Saba’s picturesque streets and rich culture? Doing it with a fun, interactive scavenger hunt that brings the community together! The Sea & Learn Foundation’s first-ever Box2Box Scavenger Hunt, held on November 30 as part of Saba Culture Week, was an incredible success and a must-experience event for anyone on the island.
A Unique Adventure Through Saba
Imagine gathering a team of friends or family, setting out on foot, and embarking on a 120-minute challenge through Windwardside, Booby Hill, and The Level. Teams of 2-4 players answered trivia questions from 30 Adopt-A-Box storyboards, earning points for each correct answer and moving on to the next challenge. The goal? To visit as many boxes as possible and answer as many questions as you can within the time limit, all while enjoying the beauty of Saba.
But that’s not all—bonus points were awarded for creative photos and social media posts, so participants had the opportunity to show off their adventures while promoting the Sea & Learn Foundation’s important work. And to top it off, participants celebrated their achievements at Chez Bubba Bistro with delicious burgers, drinks, and a prize ceremony.
