Hi! I'm Joelle, an artist inspired by insects, nature, and all things fantastical. I earned my Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Central Florida in 2014, which led me to various artistic jobs from animation and graphic design, to working as a prop maker on film and TV sets. I've always had a deep admiration for insects, especially moths and butterflies. My love of moths and whimsy sparked an idea to make handcrafted realistic moths that could be worn as hair clips or brooches. I began making them in 2017 and have been perfecting my craft ever since!
